Refund Policy

• RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only products with defects & damages are eligible for refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To request for return you may email us at mvdcshop@gmail.com  or for immediate response message us on our facebook page facebook.com/mvdcshop . Please attach photos and description of the damaged product.

• REFUNDS

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via Gcash or bank transfer.

• SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
